Great Miyazaki film..I love the plot for it and Ashitaka is such a hottie..*gets dreamy look* But, that scene with all the bugs on the boar was just nasty..makes my skin crawl.

In my opinion this is one of the most epic films Miyazaki ever made. Lots of impressive battle/action scenes.  It's also one of the most mature with a conflict that's anything but black and white. Lady Eboshi isn't completely bad, she cares about the well-being of the people she brings into her town. On the other hand, the forest spirits/gods aren't completely good and this can be seen by the way in which some of them give into the darkness inside of them and turn into demons. I also like Ashitaka/San.  |
