I have heard Japan has been hit with a lot of earthquakes lately. So, if you're waiting for new anime and manga I'm afraid there's going to be a huge delay. The earthquakes probably interfered with working on things, so that causes delays in getting stuff sent over to North America. A lot of people in Japan have even gotten injured from all these earthquakes as well.
