Yugi considered Britt's offer. Originally he was going to decline seeing as how Atem would play the part he only offered to do as a last resort. "Which small parts do you have?" He was hoping there was something that wouldn't require him to be the center of attention.
"I would love to be in your play! It sounds like fun!" Tèa's face was lit up with excitement. She then looked serious and twisted her mouth to the side. "Hmm. I see. However, he does remind me of someone I know." She hoped Britt would ask because she had plenty to tell her.
Atem frowned in thought. ' That Goddess of the Nile card she speaks of..for some reason it sounds familiar.' Britt? May I take a look at your most powerful card, if you have it with you?"

Britt smiled "well we don't have someone to play the kings advisor. And we have a couple guard roles available ." Britt said to answer Yugi's question. She thought about what Tèa could do. "Tèa you could take a role of a priestess." Britt said but she was curious "who does he remind you of?" Britt asked. "Joey and I could be the Guards." Tristan said and he looked at Yugi. "The advisor would be a small part because the people are more focused on the king not the advisor." Britt said
When Atem asked about her Goddess of the Nile she smiled as she got into her small pouch connected to her dress and pulled it out. "I never go anywhere without it. It's my most prized card." Britt said as she showed him the card.

Tèa smiled so widely her cheeks hurt a bit. "That sounds great." She put on her serious expression as she pondered how to answer Britt's question. "well when you said his reaction to you beating him it made me think of a guy we know named Seto Kaiba. He owns a company here in Domino. "She recounted how pissed he got when Mr. Mutou wouldn't give him his Blue Eyes White Dragon and wouldn't take no for an answer. "He repaid Mr. Mutou by ripping it up because he didn't want anyone using it against him. And when Yugi beat him he was such a sore loser.But it gets worse because he can be really stuck up and snobby in that he talks down to anyone who isn't as talented at dueling as he is or as powerful. And he gives attitude to us whenever we just want to help him. But he has come around a little since then., so that's the good thing."
Yugi scrunched up his brow in thought, ignoring Tèa's little evaluation on Kaiba. "Well, I guess I can do that."
"Thank you." Atem took the card and examined it. The image of the monster produced a flashback, making him flustered. He handed the card back. "It seems to be very special."

Britt took it and put it away. "Like in said it's my prized card." Britt said.
She looked at Yugi and smiled,she went to get the script for the advisor and handed it to Yugi. "This is so you'll be able to do the part." She said but she also handed out the parts for the Guards and a script for Tèa. "Not very many lines." She said.
Joey had noticed Atems reaction to seeing the card. Britt was called away to help with one thing so he asked. "You ok Atem?" He asked

"Thank you." Yugi took the paper and immediately started perusing the script so he would have it down packed by the time it was beginning to start. He thought to himself how it was a good thing he had a good memory, otherwise he would have goofed from not having enough practice or stage fright. One of the two. ' I guess I can handle this. '
"Thanks." Tèa took the script and looked over it. Her lips spread into a confident grin. ' Oh yes! The right woman for the job! This will be a piece of cake.'
"I'm perfectly fine," answered Atem.

Britt was looking over wardrobe choices since her friends were joining in. Britt really didn't know her friends sizes so she had someone inform them where to go to pick their costumes. Britt was looking through them when she found the wedding dress for the princess.
No kissing scenes means the wedding part will just have to be mentioned by our narrator's voice. But it would of been a beautiful dress. She thought.
In spite of her better judgement she did at least try it on to see what it would of looked like. Britt looked in a mirror to see what it would of looked like for the play. But as soon as she took a good look at herself she gasped as her bracelet gave her another vision of the past. She saw the princess in a similar dress about to be married. This one she couldn't mentally handle as she passed out. Her friend Zoey had came in "Britt said it would be best to pick your outfits for the play." Zoey said as she was ready to lead the way

Tèa took the dress and held it in front of her. ' This should fit me just fine.' She made her way to the changing room for the women, warning the boys not to peek at her.
Yugi blushed so heavily he felt his cheeks becoming hot. 'Come on, I'm no longer a pervert.' He and Atem went into the changing room for men and put on their costumes. The two of them exchanged small talk, giving each other words of encouragement whilst they changed. Once done, Yugi took a glance in the mirror, frowning a bit. 'I look silly. Oh well. I have no time to worry about that.'
"Are you ready Yugi?" asked Atem.
"Yes,' responded Yugi.
"Good. Let's go. "Atem and Yugi left the dressing room together.

Soon time came for the play,Britt had woke up in plenty of time to be there for her performance. When it started it was her sitting on a bed when Nina walked in. "Princess, urgent news. Your grandfather has made a deal with the peace treaty family on the day you were born." Nina said. Britt wouldn't look at Nina for she looked away "a betrothal? No I won't go through with it. He can't make me." She said trying to sound angry.
Ishizu was watching with her brother and Odion to see the performance.
"I'm sorry miss, but he has. He's arranged your meeting with him tonight." Nina said. "He can't make me marry a man I don't know. I refuse to go through with it unless it's for love." Britt said trying to stay in character for the play. Zoey was impressed with Britt's performance. After Nina and Britts scene was done it went forward to the princess's arrival to the kings kingdom.

Vicki watched the play as well, very extensively. She took Marik's hand in hers and squeezed it gently. 'I should have gotten more refreshments to munch on..but then that would have been too disrespectful to eat while a play is going on, right? '
Keren had a genuinely impressed look at Britt's acting skills. "She is certainly very talented," she whispered to Odion.

Odion looked at Keren "Yes but this play is close to the past." Odion whispered to her.

Keren shot a quick glance at Odion. " Oh. Well she is connected to the past after all. So it's akin to a biography of her life," she whispered back.
Vicki shot Marik a smile of her own. "You know, you have the most beautiful eyes."

"In a way yes." Odion said knowing this play was for more than what Britt was thinking it was.
Marik was surprised she said that "uh thanks." He said.
While the play was going on Britt had maintained the way things were going. She luckily was able to not faint through the whole thing but something had changed. With working with Atem she had found she felt a slight attraction to him but she still had only known him for one day so she kept quiet about it. She got on the stage with everyone to hear the cheering as she smiled. The festival for the day was closed now but there was still more to come for the day.
When they all started to walk home her place came up first and she was walking up to her door when she found a bouquet of roses with a note. She picked them up and read the note but her face went pale as she dropped the bouquet..

Vicki covered her mouth as she noted how awkwardly Marik responded. "Oops please forget I said that. Didn't mean to say anything wrong." She quickly turned her direction back to the play as she was eager to see what would happen next. Her eyes rose when she saw her friends were in it. 'So that's where they went. She watched as they performed their parts and she gave a thumbs up sign to all of them, letting them know they were all spectacular. After Yugi, Atem and Tèa were done performing, they returned the costumes and socialized for a bit before leaving.

Britt recovered from the surprise as she picked up the bouquet and went in. She couldn't explain but she knew everything started with friendship. She wondered if that was the way the Queen started with her lover. She couldn't get that answer though so she had to let this ride it's course. She went to se if her parents were still up so she could talk with them but she found a note.

Hope you had fun at the festival and for your birthday. We've called Solomon Motou to ask if you could stay with them for a little bit after Zoey told us the argument you and Aiden had. We have to go to do some work in Egypt, so you'll be over there for a few days. We wanted to make sure you'd be safe.

Britt sighed hearing that her parents were going to have her stay with their friend but she figured it'd probably also be best in case evil would come. She was going to be a target someday and she needed to not have her parents involved. She went to bed though as she had school in the morning. She thought about all her visions of the day and she sighed.
I'll figure this all out tomorrow. I just have to figure out what may happen...but I need to keep my family safe from the coming danger. Britt thought.
When the next morning came she was a little late to get up so she had to rush and get ready to head to school right away.

Tèa took a shower and got ready for bed. She gave a big stretch before crawling beneath her covers. It had been such a long day with everything that had happened..first spending time with Britt, learning about the evil, dealing with Atem's return. She let out an exhilarated sigh at the latter. 'I get a feeling from that play Atem belongs with Britt for sure..if he does, I wish him happiness. The old me would have been selfish and try to keep him for myself, but I have passed that stage. ' She fell asleep with a small smile on her face.

(next morning)
When Yugi was about to leave the house, he met his grandpa up, cleaning and humming to himself. "Grandpa, good morning. "
Mr. Mutou briefly glanced up. "Good morning my boy." He went back to humming.
Yugi looked at his grandfather confused. "What are you so happy about this morning?"
"Oh, no particular reason," the old man answered with a sheepish smile. "Now off to school. You don't want to be late." He winked.
Yugi shrugged and headed out the door, walking to school. His grandpa's behavior puzzled him but he took it to mean there was some pleasant surprise as that was the only time he behaved in such a way. 'What's making him so secretive, though?' He got to school before he knew it and entered the building, rushing to his classroom.
