Yugi nodded and explain the history he had with her, how he and the pharaoh had to save her brother who was once controlled by an extremely evil force. He looked taken aback at her question. "Well um..it depends on who your past life husband is. " He didn't want to think about the possibility of it being pharaoh, because he would only have false hope.
"I'm well, under the circumstances. How about you? And what's Marik up to? Did he and Odion come with you?" She could feel her cheeks becoming hot when she mentioned Marik.

"Yugi I was joking. If I don't joke about this every once in awhile I mentally may not be able to handle this " Britt said with a smile.
"I'm good but I have urgent news to inform Yugi on when he's not with the reincarnated Queen. Mario and Odion are both somewhere but there is someone else here at the festival." Ishizu said

Yugi looked embarrassed. "Oh. Ok. Well, that's understandable. Sometimes it helps to take away the intensity."
Vicki's eyebrows raised a bit. 'Urgent news? I hope there's nothing wrong.' Her face relaxed into a small smile when she heard of Marik being there. ' Groovy! That means the lad and I can catch up!' She knitted her eyebrows together."So um, if you don't mind saying, who is this person? An old acquaintance?"

"This person? You've already met her, the girl I gave the necklace to." Ishizu said, she has Vicki walk with her knowing they'd find Mario eventually.
Britt smiled "it's ok." Britt said, she went walking a little and got a chance to relax some but not for very long for her next performance came up very soon.

Vicki looked sheepish. "Oh. Well, yes, I have met her.I was with her earlier. She's very nice. I guess I thought you were referring to some other important person."
Meanwhile, Keren had just come from the Egyptian refreshments table. She was carrying a plate of om ali. She walked over to Odion. "Here Odion. I've brought you something."

"Thank you Keren." Odion said as he smiled at her. He was glad the stage was in view of where they were it was minutes away from the next performance. "Are you excited about the entertainment? " he asked her. Marik wasn't that far, he had come with Odion and his sister to ensure that the reincarnated Queen would be safe from danger.
Those few minutes seemed to go fast as Britt had to go for her group performance but she was standing in the middle as they were on either side of her. Ishizu had brought Vicki there and made their way through to her brother. "Her King should show up at any time." Ishizu said, "she's vulnerable so we have to keep her protected as tomb keepers. " Marik said but he looked over and smiled at Vicki.

Keren nodded. "I am. Britt is quite dynamic. " Her ears picked up at the news about Britt's king. She smiled to herself, thinking how his old friends would react when they see him. 'I imagine they will be quite astonished.' She couldn't fault them, though, for she herself was surprised and had to make sure her eyes were not deceiving her and he was for real.
Vicki smiled back. "Marik!" She walked over to the cornsilk blonde and wrapped her arms around him in a warm, tight hug. "It's been a long time. I trust you're doing well."

Marko hugged her back "I am and how are you doing?" Marik said but he Did watch Britts performance.
Britt had fun With the performance but also made sure that her new necklace didn't fall off.
Odion watched as he saw she had talent like the Queen they had heard about.

Vicki felt butterflies in her stomach as Marik's arms were around her. She lowered her voice to just above a whisper as she answered, "Well, my arthritis has deteriorated a bit, but I'll live." She enjoyed the performance with Marik.
Keren put an arm around Odion's broad shoulders, keeping it there whilst she watched Britt's performance.

"that's good." He said with a smile as he watched the entertainment. Orion had put an arm around Keren at that point too so that he could make sure no one was going to harm her while they watched.
Britt eventually finished with her performance for the second entertainment, she bowed to her crowd before leaving. She was going to find her friends that was her main thing at that point. She had to make her way through the crowd of people who still wanted to speak with her which she tried her best to stay polite. Only when she was making her way through she accidentally bumped into someone. "I'm sorry." She said

"I've missed you," said Vicki, taking Marik's hand in hers and squeezing it lightly. 'Mmmm, hands are so soft.' Keren rested her head on Odion's shoulder.
Standing before Britt was a young man that was slightly taller than she was. He had slanted violet eyes. His hair was red, black, blonde and spiked like an afro like Yugi's only there were blonde streaks spiked through the red and black. He frowned at the familiarity of the girl before cracking a small reserved smile. "It's quite all right."

Britt couldn't believe how much he looked similar to Yugi. She'd been hanging around Yugi pretty much through this whole festival but she was quick to bounce back from realizing she was staring at him. "Sorry again..I was in a rush to get to my new friend Yugi I guess I just wasn't paying attention." She said with a slight laugh to try and cool it over. She couldn't place it but his features felt familiar to her like she'd seen them somewhere.
Ishizu watched with her brother as she got a clear view of Britt, she was surprised to see the Pharaoh there. Without making it noticeable she looked over at Marik "He has returned." Ishizu said. Marik smiled at her but his attention was brought back to his sister as he heard her. "So he is her king, only she doesn't know that and we can't force her to know it." Marik said. Odion was happy to have Keren there with him.

"It's all right," said Atem again. His eyes furrowed when Britt mentioned Yugi. ' So Yugi is also present...I take it his friends are also with him, too. ' He looked away from Britt. It wasn't just how familiar she was that was on his mind. He was also conflicted about whether he should reveal his presence to Yugi and his friends or if he should wait until they're in a more private setting to go see them. He was eager to be reunited with them but he didn't want them to be overwhelmed with shock. He averted his eyes and spotted Vicki with Marik before turning back to face Britt. "You mentioned you have formed a friendship with Yugi. How is he?" He had no doubts the young lad would be able to take care of himself but what worried him was whether he would be able to eventually move on.

"Uh well I guess he's ok. I've only known him for a few days since my family moved to Domino City from Egypt." She said but she had caught on this guy knew Yugi somehow. She was about to say something else when her bracelet glowed and she put her hands on her head. Not now, why? She thought . Ishizu saw some memories were trying to come to her. It lasted for a few seconds before she relaxed and out her hands down.

"Well, I am glad he is all right. I trusted that his friends would take care of him after my departure." Atem looked really thoughtful as he wondered whether he should go say hello to Vicki since she was just a couple of feet away from him. He was certain she wouldn't be too overcome with shock since he always knew her to be much stronger than that. Britt's bracelet glowing got his attention. A look of concern appeared on his face when he saw her putting her hands on her head. "Are you all right?" he asked.
